An election officer, polling officer or an employee involved in an election shall not recognize such a document, document or record for the purposes of the law, even if there is reasonable ground and reason that any document, record or statement is false.
(2) Election officers, polling officers or employees who act contrary to sub-section (1) will be punished according to the law related to their service conditions.
